As with all downloadable items you will have to register with the site to enable us to register your licence to use the file. We will never share your registration, which remains hidden from all bar the Publications Officer, who will only access details in the event of a query.
All directories on this page, unless otherwise stated in the description, are complete re-prints of the originals, and not facsimiles. All existing text has been preserved, including spelling and typographical errors, however most pages have been changed from a three column format to a more easily read one or two column format.
